Direct Market Access
With CFD Exchange DMA you get direct access to the exchange order
book and can place trades directly around the live market (yellow strip)
price.
The CFD Exchange DMA module allows you to:
- trade at the current market price when the order hits the market
(market orders)
- trade at the displayed yellow strip price or better using limit
orders
- join the current yellow strip price to buy at the Bid price or
sell at the Offer price using limit orders
CFD Exchange DMA requires an
exchange subscription
agreement for the exchanges required and a small monthly deduction
will be made from your account to cover the exchange fees.
I-Deal CFDs
I-Deal CFDs are traded on live tradable prices directly
connected to the live underlying stock price:
Stock trading on margin
CFDs are traded on margin enabling you to gear your stock investments
for much greater market effect. Our margin requirements are some of the
lowest available — for our normal margin rates, an investment of only
$10,000 can be used to command a CFD position of up to $100,000;
leveraging your investment by a factor of 10.
Long and short trading on tradable prices
Both long and short CFD positions can be opened and closed
immediately at the live tradable price quoted through our I-Deal Trader
trading platform. Buying and selling CFDs is faster and more convenient
than trading physical stocks.
CFD trade orders
Open and close positions automatically when your instrument hits a
specified price with our trade orders.
I-Deal CFDs
I-Deal Market Maker CFDs on large cap stocks and indices are traded
directly on the price displayed - if the price is displayed in green,
that is the firm price you will be filled at.
CFDs not directly Market Made by I-Deal are routed directly to the
exchange. This enables you to participate directly in the order book and
you can place trades directly around the indicated market price.
